Mutton Sauce Pasta

The taste of this recipe is like life: sweet, sour, and spicy.

This mutton sauce pasta may seem ordinary, but its taste is extraordinary. Once you try this mutton sauce pasta, the sensation of its flavor lingers in your mouth. It will become one of your favorite dishes.

Ingredients:

  • Boiled mutton = 1 and a half cups
  • Boiled pasta = 4 cups
  • Onion slices = 1 cup
  • Green chili slices = as needed
  • Tomato sauce = 2 cups
  • Soy sauce = 4 teaspoons
  • Red chili sauce = 2 cups
  • Salt = as needed
  • Water = 1 cup
  • Lemongrass (optional)

Recipe:

  1. Boil the pasta with salt and a bit of oil to prevent sticking. Be careful not to overcook it. Overcooked pasta breaks and loses its shape.
  2. Take a wide pan with medium-high flame. Add oil of your choice to the pan as needed.
  3. Put the onion and green chili slices into the hot oil and fry for only 3 minutes. Avoid frying the onion too much; just sauté it in oil until it’s perfectly translucent.
  4. Add the boiled mutton to the pan and mix for 2 minutes.
  5. Add four teaspoons of soy sauce, half of the chili sauce, and half of the tomato sauce to the mutton. Mix well.
  6. Next, add the boiled pasta, the remaining tomato sauce, and chili sauce. Mix for 2 minutes.
  7. Add water to ensure it doesn’t become too sticky and remains juicy. Stir properly for 3 or 4 minutes.
  8. Turn off the stove when the sauce looks creamy and juicy. Avoid overcooking the pasta as it will lose its juiciness over time.

How We
Started Baking?

Our story began in 2010, when Anna Francis, the founder of Dolcetti, baked her fist cupcakes for sale and offered the bakery to the nearest shop.
The cakery was awesome and she was proposed to become a regular supplier of sweet bakery. Anna expanded the assortment and created promotional Instagram account.
Soon she decided to gather a team of like-minded people and start sher own sweet brand and open her own store. Dolcetti itself appeared in 2012 and has been successfully working and backing for you!
